Dealing with Hanna Ford for more than 20 years and NEVER had any unpleasant encounters doing a sales transaction or service on our cars. Hanna has the highest standards for customer service and sales. The store is not as fancy as once I've seen, but that is not important, what is important is the relationship with your customers and Hanna has this one in the bag.
